Day 29- modification

Decided to keep up the 1 1/2 workouts now that I've had to baby my post op shoulder by avoiding the quicker movements and shoulder intensive work in the videos. I've went to full body weight workouts twice weekly and twice weekly cardio sessions each week... 1 1/2 hours each- which helps make up for not getting in a formal long workout on my 12 hour work days. I've incorporated lots of resistance training into work days to help things along... And it all seems to be working!!! Weigh in day is not till Thursday- but the way my clothes fit continue to change!! Goes to show you that even when life tries to get I'm the way- you modify, but NOT quit!!
