Permission to stop!!

Ok... So I've been using my calorie counting armband for days now and I've already been able to see that I was eating too many calorie!! It's been a chain of events... I found myself wanting to meet my goal of 250 calories of deficit each day. The numbers and graphs help me come at that goal from four angles- increasing my step goal when I realized I can do more if I try... Increasing my general activity amount as a whole... Now jogging because I got tired of seeing zero vigorous activity minutes per day... And really paying attention to when I'm truly hungry AND my portions to keep my calorie counts in line with my activity levels!!
I've EVEN caught myself saying, just part way into a meal, that I'm already feeling like in getting full!! A few times I kept eating the portions on my plate cause I knew I have the calories... But now I'm beginning to swing around the right way and listen to that feeling and put the rest away for later... Realizing it will still be there and the leftover calories I've already counted will help me keep food in my belly at regular intervals throughout the day instead if feeling uncomfortably stuffed and then having to go hungry at other tones in the day.
This is working for me!!!!
